Returns Policy

Physical products

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. To initiate a return, please contact us at director@tovkurdishaid.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue.

Return postage costs will be covered by TOV Kurdish Aid in cases of fault or error on our part. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item to the original payment method.

Symbolic / donation products

Symbolic and digital donation products are non-refundable.

Community Membership

Community Membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account. No refund will be issued for the current billing period; the subscription remains active until the end of the period.
