• Contact details (name, email, phone) you provide at checkout or sign-up.
• Shipping address, for physical orders only.
• Order history and Community Membership data.
• Technical data (anonymous analytics) for improving the website.

How we use it

• Processing and shipping orders.
• Managing your Community Membership subscription.
• Sending order confirmations and PDF receipts.
• Issuing tax/donation receipts where applicable.

Payment data

Card and payment details are processed directly by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). TOV Kurdish Aid never sees or stores card numbers.
